Our Story

My name is Lara, and I am the founder and practitioner behind Sacred Sage Healing.

My journey through this life has always been guided by a deep pull toward authentic and creative self-expression. Throughout my life, this has moved through many forms — dance, yoga, jewelry making, tending the land, nurturing plants, and listening to the quiet wisdom of the Earth.

Over the years, I studied regenerative ways of building soil and growing food, which profoundly deepened my relationship with the land and all its creatures. Through this work, I came to understand that healing the Earth and healing ourselves are not separate paths — they are one and the same.

For more than seven years, I have been walking a devoted path of self-transformation. Through a consistent meditation practice, I journeyed inward — into the depths of self — where I was met by messages, guidance, and loving support that now move through my healing work today.

Along my path, I have been deeply blessed to connect with powerful healers and teachers who helped guide my remembering. Through these connections, I have had the honor of experiencing and learning various healing modalities, including Reiki, which continues to be an integral part of my practice.

Community holds a sacred place in my heart. Supporting others on their healing journeys connects me more deeply to love — for we are truly all one.

The light in me sees the light in you.

In recent years, I have also cultivated a respectful and intentional relationship with plant medicines, particularly hapé, which has been a profound ally within my meditation practice. I am honored to have studied as a hapé facilitator, carrying this medicine with humility, reverence, and care.

My ongoing journey through yoga, meditation, Reiki, and plant medicine continues to invite layers of unlearning, shedding, and remembering. Each year brings deeper alignment with ancient wisdom, higher consciousness, and a more intimate connection with my higher self — and with the Earth herself.

I hold a deep passion for self-development, inner freedom, and heart-led living.

My mission with Sacred Sage Healing is to share the love, light, and liberation that become available when we allow ourselves to rest inward — when we soften, slow down, and return to stillness so our energy may flow freely once again.
